I was lucky to be picked to present at SQL Saturday 550 in San Antonio this year! But, not only do I love presenting, I also love attending as many sessions as I can. Here are the sessions I am looking forward to:

  1. Log SQL Server Activity on a Budget – Rudy Rodarte – Level: Beginner – This is my sessions, so of course I am attending!
  2. Imposter Syndrome: Are You Faking It & Will they Find Out? – Mindy Curnutt – Level: Intermediate – If they ever find out, I’m sure they’ll toss me out like D.J. Jazzy Jeff. Does anyone else feel this way?
  3. Birds of a Feather — Data Analytics, Reporting and ETL – Naomi Williams – Level: Beginner – I love reporting and ETL. I am intrested to see what other people are working on!
  4. SS2014/2016 In-Memory Tables –Formula One Performance Unleashed??? – Mike Byrd – Level: Intermediate – Mike is local to Austin, and I’ve seen him present a ton. Don’t want to miss this one!
  5. Understanding Storage Systems and SQL Server – Wesley Brown – Level: Intermediate – Wes is also local to Austin and this one is sure to be a treat!
  6. SQL Security Best Practices & Shrinking Your Attack Surface – Matthew Brimer – Level: Intermediate – If they get past AD, am I doomed? We’ll see!
